Chocolate Covered Strawberries (for 10-15 strawberries):

Honey and Brown Sugar Strawberry pops (for 10-15 strawberries):
Fat: 0 gm
Carbohydrates: Between 25-36 gm
Sugars: Between 24-35 gm
10-15 tooth picks
2/3-1 oz of honey
1/4 cup of brown sugar
After washing and drying the strawberries, remove the stem and stick a tooth pick through the center of each strawberry.
Spoon honey into a small bowl and the brown sugar in a separate bowl. Lay out wax paper on a solid surface that the strawberries can rest on in the freezer. A small baking sheet or shallow tupperware dishes work well.
Dip the strawberries in the bowl with the honey or drizzle the honey over them with a spoon. Coat each strawberry according to how much honey you would prefer to use. Drizzling will result in less honey over all.
Once the honey is applied, roll the strawberries into the brown sugar letting it stick to the honey. Lay each one on the wax paper and set in the freezer until frozen.
Remove from the freezer and enjoy this guilt-free snack perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Frozen fruit is always a great alternative to eat healthier on any day. Replace the strawberries with any fruit of your choice for an alternative frozen fruit pop.
Happy Valentine’s Day. Indulge!
